It sells its products through financial advisors or agents, direct-to-consumer, and traditional life settlements intermediaries. The company was formerly known as Abacus Life, Inc. and changed its name to Abacus Global Management, Inc. in February 2025. Abacus Global Management, Inc. was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
