Further, it rents heavy construction, compact, aerial, material handling, and various other types of equipment; and sells rental equipment from its rental fleet; and offers maintenance and repair services. It serves food and beverage, diversified manufacturing, automotive, municipal/government, education, pharmaceutical and medical, wholesale and retail distribution, construction, agriculture and forestry, road building, aggregate and mining, utilities and power generation, and recycling and waste management, and other sectors. Alta Equipment Group Inc. was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Livonia, Michigan.
