The fund invests in the public equity markets of the United States. It seeks to invest in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund also writes call options on one or more U.S. indices on a substantial portion of the value of its common stock portfolio. It benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Index, the CBOE S&P 500 BuyWrite Index, the NASDAQ-100 Index, and the CBOE NASDAQ-100 BuyWrite Index.
